Lead and scale card operations for Sunbit's card platform, owning Fiserv/processor relationships, program delivery (launches, migrations, fraud, collections), vendor/network management, team leadership, P&L oversight, regulatory compliance, and operational improvements to drive scalability and efficiency.

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, align product and operations to business KPIs, design scalable operational processes, perform advanced financial modeling and data analysis, and manage projects end-to-end to drive growth and execution.

Lead analytics for the Credit Card portfolio, partnering with Product, Engineering, Credit Risk, Fraud, and Marketing to deliver data-driven strategy. Travel monthly for face-to-face partner meetings.
