Design and deliver customer-specific solutions on the Digimarc Illuminate platform: configure accounts, build integrations and web add-ons (Node/JavaScript), script data imports/exports, create demos/POCs, provide 2nd/3rd-level support, and collaborate with product, engineering, and customers to ensure successful deployments.

The Project Manager oversees complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring project plans are executed, timelines are met, and risks are managed effectively across teams and external partners.

Build and lead Digimarc's revenue operations: design and run a 13-week operating cadence, own forecasting and pipeline hygiene, optimize end-to-end funnel, provide revenue analytics, enable outbound motion, lead GTM planning and compensation, establish deal desk and renewals operations, and govern the revenue tech stack (Salesforce/CRM, forecasting, CS platforms). Act as a player-coach to turn data into decisions and scale predictable revenue processes.
