As an Audit Manager, you will manage audit engagements for tribal industry clients, oversee teams, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with GAAP while maintaining strong client relationships.

Lead and perform financial statement and SOX audits, design audit procedures, test internal controls, identify and research accounting issues, communicate with clients, and mentor junior staff. Participate in pre-audit planning and execute audits under GAAS, GAAP, PCAOB, AICPA standards.

Lead client-facing ERP and system selection/implementation and process improvement engagements. Manage multiple projects, budgets, and stakeholders; run workshops, create process maps, recommend operational improvements, mentor junior staff, and ensure delivery alignment and financial performance.

Serve as Financial Reporting Manager for FQHC healthcare clients: deliver financial reports and KPIs, support budgeting/forecasting and cash flow modeling, provide technical accounting guidance, lead and mentor staff, collaborate with advisory teams, support client onboarding and system setup, improve processes, and assist with technology integrations and training. Travel up to 10%.
