Owns the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and continuous improvement of assigned products. Conducts market and competitive research, defines requirements, monitors performance, and leads cross-functional collaboration across IT, clinical, business, clients, and vendors. Develops and executes supply chain contracting strategies for pharmacy GPO members. Leads sourcing, supplier negotiations, category strategies, vendor relationship management, contract execution, performance monitoring, renewals, compliance, and savings initiatives across logistics, cold-chain, packaging, pharmacy technology, and credentialing categories.

Leads financial governance and value realization for enterprise transformation investments. Develops business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and executive reporting; monitors spend, risks, variances, milestones, and returns. Partners with FP&A, operations, technology, legal, compliance, and business leaders to guide investment decisions, portfolio performance, and path-to-green planning.

Leads multiple complex enterprise projects from business case development through implementation, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, communications, stakeholders, and change requests. Partners with leadership and subject matter experts to deliver strategic initiatives involving IT and data elements. Applies Waterfall and Agile methodologies, supports portfolio governance, ensures testing and compliance, and mentors project managers and organizational leaders.

Manages complex pharmacy benefit management client relationships, supporting retention, account strategy, contract performance, strategic business plans, client training, issue resolution, and growth opportunities. The role presents performance data, investigates unmet guarantees, coordinates with subject matter experts, mentors junior staff, and leads projects while maintaining senior-level client relationships. Travel to headquarters and client sites is required as needed.

Supervises the creation, delivery, and evaluation of employee training programs for pharmacy operations and other departments. Develops manuals, learning modules, and course materials; facilitates instruction; monitors trainee quality and retention; manages training documentation; supports mentoring and peer reviews; maintains training resources; and ensures compliance with accreditation standards, pharmacy policies, and regulations. The role collaborates with operations, quality, and pharmacy leadership and may support training across multiple locations.
