The Dealer Success Manager partners with auto dealer sales teams to grow and retain Navigator Platform subscribers. Responsibilities include supporting sales pitches and closing, managing customer setup and training, driving product adoption, conducting ROI discussions, troubleshooting platform and process issues, improving sales processes, and conducting frequent dealership visits across Colorado.

Prospect and secure new auto dealer subscribers for Navigator Platform and marketing solutions. Build relationships with dealer decision-makers, conduct product demonstrations, identify growth opportunities, and drive subscription and campaign revenue across assigned territories. Partner with regional leaders on customer segmentation and maximize sales opportunities. The role requires extensive face-to-face engagement and travel of up to 80% within the United States.
