Handles inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat; troubleshoots technical issues, identifies customer needs, recommends GoDaddy products, and drives sales. Maintains product and pricing knowledge, meets service and sales metrics, and supports outbound sales efforts when needed. The role requires working some nights, weekends, and holidays.

Own go-to-market and product marketing for GoDaddy’s financial services offerings, including capital, instant payouts, business banking, debit cards, and insurance. Develop positioning, pricing, packaging, lifecycle campaigns, audience segments, experiments, customer research, and launch strategies. Partner with product, sales, and partner teams to drive adoption, engagement, cross-sell opportunities, and revenue growth among small business customers.

Secure, operate, and modernize enterprise directory services across Windows and Linux environments. Manage Active Directory, DNS, certificate services, authentication, replication, and Linux integrations. Leads growth strategy and go-to-market execution for GoDaddy Commerce’s higher-value merchant segment. Responsibilities include merchant research, positioning, sales enablement, demand generation, experimentation, SaaS adoption, pricing and offer optimization, product launches, performance measurement, unit economics, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics.

Build and deploy AI agents, intelligent applications, scalable backend services, APIs, and full-stack solutions. Integrate large language models, AI services, data platforms, and external APIs into customer-focused products. Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams while contributing to cloud-native applications, data pipelines, distributed systems, testing, deployment, and production operations.

Lead the design and evolution of infrastructure, platforms, and services that run machine learning workloads in production. Build scalable distributed systems, cloud-native applications, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and ML model-serving infrastructure on AWS. Drive architecture, performance, reliability, cost optimization, and GPU workload management while collaborating with ML scientists, data engineers, and product teams. Mentor engineers and lead complex technical initiatives across a globally distributed organization.

Lead design, development, and production deployment of ML and generative AI solutions at scale. Drive personalization, pricing, experimentation, agentic AI, and simulation modeling. Partner with engineering and product teams, mentor engineers, influence technical strategy, and measure business impact through data-driven experimentation.

Leads GoDaddy’s end-to-end corporate development and M&A activities, including deal sourcing, investment thesis development, diligence, financial modeling, valuation, negotiation, executive recommendations, and post-merger integration planning. The role requires cross-functional leadership across Finance, Legal, Tax, Strategy, Product, Partnerships, and business teams, plus relationship management with investment banks and industry partners.

Leads GoDaddy’s highest-priority corporate strategy initiatives, addressing growth markets, competitive dynamics, capabilities, resource allocation, partnerships, and M&A. Converts ambiguous executive questions into rigorous analyses, strategic recommendations, business cases, and implementation plans. Advises senior leaders, drives cross-functional initiatives, builds repeatable strategy capabilities, and communicates clear recommendations that produce measurable business outcomes.
