Own the customer renewal and expansion lifecycle, including pricing strategy, negotiations, proposals, quotes, sales orders, RFPs, forecasting, and closing opportunities. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to manage SMB, mid-market, and enterprise renewals. Analyze usage metrics, identify renewal risks and upsell opportunities, lead Procurement discussions, maintain Salesforce records, and drive customer retention and revenue growth.

Supports and improves internal IT systems, resolves escalated support tickets, administers SaaS and endpoint-management tools, manages user access, and strengthens security practices. Owns IT roadmaps, cross-functional projects, vendor relationships, authentication and access standards, disaster recovery, security improvements, and process automation. Establishes measurable KPIs and audit-ready onboarding and offboarding workflows while improving documentation, service levels, workload visibility, and operational accountability.

Supports the Partnerships Team through partner database management, data analysis, reporting, documentation, workflow improvements, and project management. The intern will learn Salesforce, PRM systems, Google Sheets, project management tools, and AI technologies; contribute to partner programs, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing, and eventually lead initiatives that produce measurable results.

Own and improve partner sales operations across lead submission, attribution, opportunity management, reporting, tool adoption, automation, and quote-to-cash workflows. Owns co-marketing, account-based, vertical, email, webinar, event, marketplace, and partner-representative activation programs. Establishes operating cadences, campaign measurement, funnel reporting, MDF management, lead handoffs, optimization processes, and repeatable playbooks while collaborating across Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Field Marketing, ABM, and GTM Operations.

Leads partner marketing strategy and execution to generate indirect pipeline, sales-accepted leads, opportunities, bookings, and expansion revenue. Responsibilities include co-marketing, account-based and vertical campaigns, webinars, events, email, marketplace motions, partner enablement, marketing-in-a-box programs, MDF management, funnel measurement, campaign optimization, cross-functional planning, and development of repeatable partner marketing playbooks. The role is remote within the US and includes required company and team travel.

Manage and mentor a data engineering team while leading Snowflake-based platform architecture, enterprise data integrations, governance, observability, and pipeline reliability. Partner with analysts, business leaders, product management, and engineering teams to improve trusted self-service data access. Establish engineering standards, modernize the data stack, optimize costs, and deliver an AI-ready data foundation supporting analytics, reporting, and future AI initiatives.

Build and productionize AI-powered internal automation tools, including RAG workflows, intelligent agents, integrations, and reusable automation components. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance AI Champions to identify workflow bottlenecks and enable safe self-service. Improve TDD, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, logging, and observability practices while maintaining reliable internal APIs and workflows. Establish a scalable component library and operational model for enterprise automation.
