Provides FedRAMP subject matter expertise to internal teams, customers, and prospects while improving audit efficiency and evidence quality.

Own the full pre-sales technical sales cycle for enterprise State, Local, and Education customers, including discovery, demos, architecture, proof of concepts, and implementation guidance. Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, Product, and Sales leadership to drive growth, support RFPs and RFIs, influence product direction, and build scalable technical assets. Represent the company at public-sector events and help establish enterprise sales engineering processes.

Leads technical integration initiatives with strategic alliance and technology partners from scoping through deployment and lifecycle support. Defines integration requirements with Product and Engineering, evaluates partnership feasibility, maintains API and solution documentation, and serves as the technical partner contact. Supports joint launches, partner enablement, training, and technical communications while helping shape the platform roadmap across endpoint management, IT operations, and security ecosystems.
