Own eCommerce growth strategy for two enterprise automotive accounts, serving as a strategic advisor and leading digital media outcomes. Build budgets and business plans, forecast performance, coordinate cross-functional agency resources, manage client relationships, identify service expansion opportunities, resolve escalations, and report results to leadership and clients. Success is measured by client satisfaction, revenue and margin targets, agency revenue growth, and client GMV growth.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage eCommerce marketing campaigns, optimize ad strategies for clients, and analyze performance metrics.

Own the 2-3 year architecture and reliability of high-volume catalog, pricing, and inventory ingestion. Lead migrations from legacy batch to modern systems, define data SLAs, build observability and orchestration, mentor senior engineers, and resolve cross-team, high-severity data problems.

Manage an SMB dealership portfolio to drive retention, adoption, and growth. Build stakeholder relationships, analyze account performance, run business reviews, identify risks/opportunities, coordinate cross-functional solutions, and document activity in Salesforce while leveraging AI tools for insights and productivity.

Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close under U.S. GAAP; oversee AR/AP/payroll/commissions; build controls, policies, and audit readiness; partner on budgeting, forecasting, M&A and system migrations; hire and coach accounting team and evaluate finance technologies including AI.

Provide eCommerce consulting to automotive dealerships using the RevolutionParts platform: analyze store performance, optimize listings and pricing, recommend digital marketing, train clients, manage a book of accounts, track KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive revenue and platform adoption.
