Owns the full enterprise sales cycle, including discovery, solutioning, proposals, pricing, negotiations, forecasting, and contract execution. Requires executive-level consultative selling, regulatory fluency in TEFCA, HL7, FHIR, CMS interoperability rules, and strong CRM discipline.
