Design and execute manual test cases (functional, regression, UAT); identify, document, and track defects; develop and maintain test plans and scripts; participate in requirements reviews; collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure software quality and compliance with QA standards.

Serve as primary client contact, manage a book of business for TPA and non-TPA clients, drive retention and growth, identify client needs, deliver tailored solutions, coordinate internal partners, lead meetings, and support product enhancements and training.
