Own audience analytics across website, email, and events to define KPIs (LTV, time spent, repeat visitation), reconcile data across CRM/ESP/revenue systems, build segments and re-engagement strategies, drive personalization and retention, report trends, and partner cross-functionally while using AI/agentic tools to scale insights and measurement.

Provide hands-on corporate accounting support across multiple entities: month-end close, journal entries, intercompany and payroll reconciliations, A/P oversight, cash management, invoicing, and system/process improvements while partnering closely with the CFO and property teams.
