The Client Success Coordinator will manage client accounts, facilitate onboarding, analyze performance, and ensure clients achieve their business goals through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.

Manage and execute B2B marketing campaigns focused on email, events, lead acquisition, and content. Write and update campaign and website copy, produce assets with design, run nurture programs, track and optimize performance, and collaborate with sales to drive lead engagement and revenue.

Manage and optimize a portfolio of 50+ newsletters (3M+ subscribers). Build lifecycle programs, segmentation, personalization, and A/B tests. Monitor performance, recommend growth and monetization opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally, and use AI tools responsibly to accelerate planning, testing, and reporting.

Administer end-to-end U.S. employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, leave, wellness, retirement), manage open enrollment and 401(k) administration and audits, ensure HRIS data accuracy and regulatory compliance, liaise with brokers/carriers/payroll, support global benefits coordination, and provide benefits reporting, communications, and process improvements.

Build and own end-to-end full-stack systems using AI-assisted development. Identify opportunities for automation and product impact, design and implement backend services, internal tools, and experiments, work with cloud and edge platforms, maintain reliability and observability, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and iterate on solutions with stakeholders to measure business outcomes.

Own a book of business to meet revenue goals by developing consultative, insight-driven plans that align marketing solutions with client objectives. Drive retention and upsell through proactive relationship management, performance analysis, ROI storytelling, prospecting, pipeline management, proposal development, negotiation, and client representation at events.
