Senior frontline fundraiser responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a portfolio of corporate and foundation partners to secure six- and seven-figure gifts. Develops and executes multi-year institutional giving strategy, manages pipeline and reporting, negotiates corporate partnerships, and collaborates cross-functionally to align messaging, proposals, and stewardship.

Manage donor stewardship, retention, and a monthly giving program; support grant writing and grants management; plan fundraising events and sponsor fulfillment; run development operations including pledge tracking and project management. Collaborate with Marketing and Finance to optimize revenue and donor communications.

Lead and scale Race4EveryKid and all peer-to-peer/crowdfunding campaigns end-to-end. Drive strategy to reach $1M revenue, recruit and coach participants and corporate teams, secure sponsorships, manage campaign operations and CRM data, analyze performance, and produce post-campaign reporting to optimize growth.
