The Staff Engineer will design and manage ML infrastructure while mentoring teams, driving MLOps strategies, and ensuring compliance in healthcare data systems.

Analyze healthcare claims and develop/maintain actuarial projection and IBNR models; extract and prepare data in Databricks/SQL; support financial forecasting, quarterly reconciliations, client presentations, opportunity analyses, and contract performance/compliance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The VP of Cloud Engineering will strategize and oversee the firm’s cloud architecture on Azure, enhancing operational reliability and product delivery, while optimizing Microsoft 365 environments.
