Serve as a technical partner to enterprise financial services customers, driving platform adoption, configuration, optimization, and measurable business outcomes. Conduct usage reviews, platform audits, strategic engagements, and executive business reviews while documenting requirements, actions, and ROI. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams; advocate for customer needs; share best practices; and improve delivery frameworks. Occasional travel may be required.

Manages a portfolio of Tier 4 customers by building relationships, driving platform adoption, monitoring customer health, leading business reviews, supporting renewals and expansion, and coordinating internally to resolve challenges. The role requires proactive account management, customer education, risk mitigation, strong organization, technical aptitude, and continuous development of platform and financial services expertise.

The Director of Customer Success leads up to 10 CSMs and owns retention, renewals, GRR, NRR, churn reduction, and downsell mitigation. The role manages renewal forecasting, risk governance, tiered customer coverage, health scoring, success playbooks, and AI-enabled customer success operations. Responsibilities include coaching and developing the team, partnering with Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services, engaging executive customers, improving adoption, and reporting performance and portfolio risk to leadership.
