Plans, leads, and executes assurance engagements for state and local government clients. Audits complex transactions, prepares financial statements and reports, researches accounting and auditing issues, manages client relationships, and schedules, delegates, and trains team members while collaborating with firm leadership to deliver quality services.

Leads transaction tax engagements for private equity investors, family offices, and strategic buyers, including tax due diligence, structuring, modeling, and special projects related to acquisitions and dispositions. Builds client relationships, develops new business, mentors team members, collaborates with specialty tax groups, reviews financial and legal records, prepares due diligence reports, and manages engagement budgets, timelines, and progress.

Serve as a primary client contact for the Wealth Advisory team, providing high-quality client support, scheduling and documenting meetings, entering interactions and service requests in CRM, assisting with onboarding/account maintenance and monitoring client accounts, and supporting advisors on special projects to retain and expand client relationships.

Lead transaction tax engagements including tax due diligence, structuring, modeling, and report writing for acquisitions and dispositions. Manage client relationships, mentor team members, coordinate with specialty tax groups, and oversee engagement budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

Lead and oversee a Gift, Estate and Trust tax practice: manage client engagements, review and sign deliverables, mentor staff, ensure tax compliance, stay current on tax law, and develop business while owning a book of clients.

Serve as an interim or project-based senior accounting resource (e.g., Interim Controller, Financial Reporting Manager). Design and improve accounting processes, execute engagements hands-on, manage client relationships, and optionally travel. Select preferred engagements and receive hourly benefits.
