Administer and support the enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform across development, test, UAT, and production environments. Manage security, users, roles, releases, batch jobs, integrations, platform health, lifecycle activities, and technical documentation. Provide Level 2/3 troubleshooting, coordinate with Microsoft and external partners, support Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes, maintain governance and compliance controls, and help transition implementations into stable operational support.
