Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations as the functional lead for Core HR and Global HR. Design and configure enterprise and workforce structures, facilitate stakeholder workshops, support payroll alignment, lead testing and deployment, and provide post-go-live support. The role also includes fit-gap analysis, solution architecture, client recommendations, collaboration on integrations and data conversion, mentoring junior consultants, and supporting business development.
