Owns the functional support, enhancement strategy, and roadmap for Oracle HCM Cloud applications. Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to prioritize requirements, manage the product backlog, resolve complex functional issues, oversee testing and releases, and improve HCM processes. Evaluates quarterly releases and AI-enabled capabilities, supports integrations, governance, compliance, reporting, and adoption, and provides strategic guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and future-state solutions.

Leads enterprise architecture strategy across Oracle CX, ERP, HCM, and SCM Cloud. Defines roadmaps, designs end-to-end architectures, oversees integrations and governance, identifies risks, and aligns business, application, data, and technology capabilities.
