Leads sales engagement and strategic account management for emerging defense prime contractors. Builds executive relationships, identifies competitive share opportunities, develops account plans, leads defense-related projects, and supports key accounts. Requires experience selling technical products to large, complex accounts in space, military, or aerospace markets, including demonstrated success with the U.S. Department of Defense.

Leads cathode product engineering, including new product design, product support, prototype and pre-production builds, manufacturing scale-up, technical change management, process advancement, quality improvement, cost reduction, and new product introduction. Partners cross-functionally with manufacturing, process engineering, quality, supply chain, marketing, and application engineering teams while supporting safety, export controls, trade-secret protection, and customer-focused product innovation.

Leads cross-functional supply chain and logistics improvement projects, distribution center automation and process optimization initiatives, and PMO standardization. Manages project scope, plans, budgets, vendors, communications, and global stakeholders. Coaches project leaders, trains teams on project methodologies, and drives operational excellence across 3M Global Logistics.
