Support pre-sale initiatives including calling campaigns, data collection, and driving attendance for webinars and virtual events. Collaborate with editorial and marketing on product launches, compile post-event data, update Salesforce records, create sales tasks, and deliver data-driven insights to boost Inside Sales revenue. Provide occasional post-sale account support and assist with special Courseware projects and territory coverage.

Identify, qualify, and close opportunities in Computer Science and Engineering departments at small colleges/universities. Manage a 200+ account territory, perform outreach via calls, emails, voicemails, and virtual meetings, log activity in Salesforce, and meet territory sales quotas. Collaborate with inside sales team to expand market share and grow existing accounts.
