Lead the design, development, tuning, integration, and testing of gas turbine engine control systems. Partners with IT, engineering, manufacturing, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, traceable, and scalable analytics. Develops models for anomaly detection, forecasting, optimization, scheduling, and engine performance; establishes technical standards, testing frameworks, documentation, and governance; troubleshoots production issues; and mentors junior team members.

Coordinates high-volume interviews, recruiting calendars, candidate communications, and interview experiences. Maintains recruiting systems, documents and improves processes, resolves scheduling issues, supports sourcing and reporting projects, manages referrals, and helps plan recruiting events.
