Hands-on technical leader designing, building, and scaling AI-powered operational capabilities for Managed Services. Deliver agentic AI workflows (triage, remediation, RAG knowledge, orchestration), integrate with ITSM, observability, and automation tools, establish guardrails, and drive adoption and measurable operational outcomes like incident deflection and MTTR reduction.

The Senior Technical Consultant leads the design and implementation of enterprise-grade technical solutions, mentors team members, and collaborates on innovations for client projects.

Support assigned Client Directors to protect and increase gross profit margin and customer satisfaction. Manage quote-to-cash transaction lifecycle, prepare pricing/proposals, maintain pipeline/forecast in Salesforce, resolve customer issues, coordinate internal teams, manage vendor and AR interactions, and maintain client records and value-add deliverables.

Lead architecture, design, development and deployment of ServiceNow solutions (ITOM preferred). Mentor teams, drive integrations, lead client workshops/demos, contribute to presales, maintain certifications, and own project delivery with at least 25% travel.

Lead and implement hands-on data governance across the Data Platform: build and operate the enterprise catalog, automate lineage, embed data quality checks, configure Snowflake governance, manage access workflows and event contract governance, create governance metrics and dashboards, define standards and operating model, enable domain teams, and hire and lead a small governance function.

Lead build-and-run of an enterprise Data Platform: design and operate Snowflake architecture, data governance, access/authorization, FinOps, ingestion (batch/CDC/streaming), medallion pipelines, data product publishing, and event streaming/messaging. Recruit and lead a cross-functional team, define operating model and standards, ensure secure governed connections for analytical and operational use cases, and align platform decisions with business priorities.

Serve as a hands-on principal consultant embedded with business units to discover AI opportunities, facilitate design-thinking workshops, scope MVPs, guide platform fit, bridge business and engineering, drive adoption/change readiness, engage executives, and measure business impact through defined success metrics and reporting.

Build and operate production AI applications on enterprise GPT platforms: design agents and workflows, integrate enterprise data sources, implement APIs/webhooks, ensure security/observability, prototype and scale RAG and agentic solutions, measure model quality and cost, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver and support AI-enabled outcomes.

Lead and develop a procurement team while performing hands-on procurement (~70% of time). Validate orders in Salesforce, place equipment orders via vendor portals and APIs, troubleshoot order issues, manage confirmations, support end-of-period activities, improve processes, participate in hiring/onboarding, and ensure operational governance and customer satisfaction.

Lead a multinational order management team to ensure logistics data integrity, analyze performance metrics, collaborate with sales, procurement, IT and external partners, prioritize vendor data feeds, monitor shipments, and resolve customer shipment issues to improve timeliness and accuracy.
