Provide frontline technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, telephones, and videoconferencing equipment. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, respond to and resolve service tickets per SLAs, perform root-cause analysis, deploy/configure devices and software, maintain IT operational checklists, and assist with access and identity tasks.
