Owns customer-facing data products, APIs, interoperability, marketplace capabilities, data monetization, and AI-enabled solutions. Leads portfolio strategy, investment priorities, commercial growth, partnerships, and ecosystem expansion while balancing privacy, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property protection. Builds and develops a senior product leadership organization and influences corporate strategy, customers, partners, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Leads Product Operations for Product and Engineering, establishing portfolio planning, governance frameworks, operating cadences, performance reporting, and decision-support processes. Partners with executive and cross-functional leaders to improve prioritization, execution predictability, organizational alignment, and operational effectiveness. Leads qualitative and quantitative market research to uncover customer, market, competitive, and healthcare insights. Designs and manages studies, analyzes data using statistical and AI-assisted tools, develops reports and dashboards, presents recommendations, maintains research quality, and coordinates external partners. Collaborates with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to influence product strategy, growth, innovation, and customer experience initiatives.

Own and execute PointClickCare’s brand content strategy across blogs, podcasts, web, and other formats. Responsibilities include editorial planning, writing, editing, production management, thought leadership development, content distribution, agency coordination, performance measurement, and optimization. The role also supports SUMMIT event content and employer brand initiatives while partnering closely with product marketing, demand generation, growth, HR, and talent acquisition teams.

Lead and coordinate high-visibility customer escalations across engineering, product, customer success, and support. Build the escalation management function, create data-driven recovery plans, use metrics to improve processes, and communicate outcomes to technical and executive stakeholders.

Lead and scale UX, content design, and user research across a complex B2B healthcare product portfolio. Define experience strategy, governance, design system adoption, AI-enabled interactions, and measurable UX quality metrics. Partner with Product and Engineering, reduce ambiguity, embed UX early in discovery, and build high-performing design teams to improve usability, adoption, accessibility, and customer satisfaction.
