Drive new and expansion sales for BusPatrol across a four-state territory. Build territory plans, prospect and qualify targets, manage procurement and RFP processes with government and school district buyers, conduct onsite client visits, close long-term contracts, maintain CRM (Salesforce), and represent the company at events. Requires frequent relationship-building with municipal and school leaders and up to 50% travel.

Provide day-to-day commercial contracting and operational legal support for public‑sector and commercial agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, assist with procurement/RFP matters, manage contract administration and renewals, identify and escalate legal risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable efficient contract execution and compliance.

Lead government relations in the Western U.S. to drive adoption of AI-powered school bus safety solutions. Build relationships with municipal and state officials, school leaders, and law enforcement; advocate for legislative and regulatory changes; run grassroots campaigns; monitor policy developments; represent the company at hearings and events; and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Legal.
