The IT Subject Matter Expert will provide technical expertise and support for enterprise IT initiatives, governance, and modernization efforts within a federal environment, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Design, architect, and implement enterprise geospatial solutions (ArcGIS Enterprise) for cloud and hybrid environments. Lead migrations, system integration, governance, cybersecurity alignment, and provide technical leadership, O&M support, and stakeholder enablement for federal geospatial capabilities.

Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web-based GIS applications, dashboards, APIs, and geospatial services. Integrate GIS with enterprise systems, support ArcGIS Enterprise, assist modernization to cloud, perform testing, troubleshooting, deployment, documentation, and user support within federal environments.

Design, develop, and maintain geospatial system architectures, ensuring compliance with federal standards while optimizing GIS applications and data infrastructure.
