Leads approximately 30 employees through engineering leaders to build and unify a high-volume eCommerce platform across multiple brands. Owns architecture, roadmap, delivery, reliability, cost, customer experience, KPIs, and SLAs. Partners with Product, UX, business stakeholders, and customers while remaining technically hands-on through design reviews, coding, architecture decisions, and engineering standards. Oversees quoting, ordering, catalog, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, order status, AI applications, and customer project experiences.

Designs APIs, integration patterns, cloud-native solutions, security practices, disaster recovery, observability, and performance strategies. Translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions, leads architecture governance, evaluates emerging technologies, mentors engineering teams, and communicates decisions and roadmaps to technical and business stakeholders.

Designs and shapes infrastructure technology solutions for State, Local, and Education clients, focusing on digital workspace, networking, data center, and mobility services. Advises customers, develops business cases and financial models, supports sales pursuits, coordinates solution development teams, and collaborates with account, project, and delivery teams. The role also contributes to project planning, resource management, technology assessments, transformation strategy, and successful solution execution. Travel is required up to 25%.

Designs and implements enterprise technology solutions across the full IT project lifecycle. Develops solution architectures, evaluates technology alternatives, supports buy-versus-build decisions, aligns physical and logical designs, and collaborates with architects, engineers, and product specialists. Requires experience with multi-tier enterprise environments and utility business systems, including process design, information modeling, data management, infrastructure, security, or application architecture.

Provide technical pre-sales support for VMware and Nutanix virtualization solutions. Lead customer workshops, executive briefings, and technical advisory engagements; develop reference architectures and marketing collateral; train employees and partners; support co-selling and field sales; collaborate with services, architecture, and sales teams; and maintain required vendor certifications.

Manages multiple workstreams, schedules, resources, risks, scope, quality, stakeholder communications, and project financials including profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization. Builds customer relationships, coordinates cross-functional teams, oversees multisite technology deployments, and ensures timely, profitable delivery aligned with strategic objectives.
