Own the deal desk function during a six-to-eight-month maternity leave, managing complex deal reviews, pricing and discount exceptions, deal structuring, approval workflows, CPQ processes, and month-end and quarter-end close support. Partner across Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Business Technology; provide quoting and negotiation guidance; maintain governance; resolve escalations; and report risks and open items to leadership.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise customers, hit quarterly and annual quotas, generate pipeline via outbound, SDRs, events and partners, own OEM partner relationships, maintain accurate forecasting, be technically proficient with the product, understand customer needs, and share best practices across the organization.
