As a Senior Software Engineer at SmithRx, you will design, develop, and maintain back-end architecture for our product suite using various programming languages, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure high-quality software, and mentor junior team members.

Coordinate onsite and virtual interviews, manage candidate communications, support TA operations and metrics, maintain process documentation, improve recruiting workflows, and ensure compliance while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Lead the Tools & Frameworks engineering team to build shared backend libraries, internal tooling, scalable APIs, and schemas. Define roadmap, balance technical and business priorities, drive architectural excellence (including FHIR translation, monorepo decomposition, data federation, event-streaming), mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve developer productivity and platform reliability.
