Requires extensive analytical, forecasting, healthcare or pharmacy, claims data, and stakeholder communication experience.

Leads product marketing strategy, category creation, go-to-market execution, AI product narratives, positioning, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, customer research, and product adoption. Builds and mentors a product marketing team while partnering with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Clinical Programs, Growth, and executive leadership. Develops messaging and campaigns for brokers, employers, consultants, members, and clinical partners, with responsibility for measurable revenue and market impact.

Lead and scale SmithRx’s growth marketing function in the PBM industry. Build an experimentation engine, identify healthcare buyer and broker acquisition channels, manage Growth Ops and BDR teams, and develop AI-powered workflows and technical growth tools. Partner with Sales and Product to generate pipeline through direct and broker-led motions while maintaining compliance. Establish a rigorous, full-funnel culture focused on experimentation, measurement, automation, and rapid learning.

Lead the data engineering strategy and architecture for distributed pharmaceutical data systems. Design and scale pipelines, APIs, and data platforms while ensuring reliability, governance, quality, and PII/PHI protection. Drive technical decisions, improve developer efficiency, deliver business impact, influence cross-functional roadmaps, mentor engineers, communicate with executives, and promote organizational adoption of new technologies and processes.

Lead strategic financial analysis and the integrated 3-statement Long Range Plan. Build investor-grade models, valuations, and cash/liquidity forecasts. Support fundraising and M&A diligence, benchmark competitors, and partner with leadership and FP&A to align short- and long-term financial planning.

Provide financial and data analysis for Account Management by translating pharmacy claims and rebate data into strategic insights, ensuring report integrity, supporting client meetings/QBRs, and improving reporting tools to mitigate spend and attrition.
