Mentor engineers, author architecture documents, and influence cross-functional technical strategy.

Designs and implements reliable distributed systems spanning CDC pipelines, migration engines, APIs, and cloud services. Leads architecture, complex technical initiatives, production troubleshooting, observability, testing, and operational improvements. Partners with product, support, customers, and engineering teams while mentoring engineers and advancing AI-assisted development and migration capabilities.

Drive new business acquisition and expansion within large enterprise accounts across the West region. Develop territory plans, manage complex sales cycles, close new logos, grow strategic accounts, and build relationships with executives, influencers, channel partners, and internal sales teams. The role requires enterprise software sales expertise, modern data infrastructure knowledge, solution-selling ability, and travel within the assigned territory.
