As Sr. Manager of Services Partners at Samsara, you will recruit and manage services partners while developing strategic initiatives and improving operational efficiency across the partner network.

Provide pre-sales technical support for Samsara's connected operations products: handle inbound technical inquiries, run trials and POCs, build scripting/integrations, manage lab hardware/software, produce product content, support RFPs and cross-functional coordination, and surface industry-specific use cases to sales teams.

This role involves developing executive relationships within strategic accounts, managing the sales cycle, and promoting Samsara's cultural principles. The ideal candidate should have extensive sales experience with enterprise customers and a proven track record of quota over-achievement.

Lead the design and implementation of critical Safety AI initiatives, focusing on real-time perception systems for edge devices and optimizing models for production deployment in safety-critical environments.

Leading and mentoring a design team, engaging with customers, defining design strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance product experiences.

The role involves managing relationships with public sector clients, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of IoT solutions, and fostering customer success throughout the lifecycle of their investment.

Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for fleet cost and energy optimization. Translate telematics and operational data into customer-facing products, run deep discovery, prototype MVPs, ship end-to-end with cross-functional teams, define success metrics, and iterate based on data and customer feedback.

Lead scoping, planning, and execution of strategic Customer Success programs. Drive cross-functional collaboration, build scalable processes, tools, dashboards and KPIs, measure and report outcomes, and influence executive stakeholders to improve customer and employee experience.

Manage and grow strategic customer relationships post-implementation, create joint success plans, run executive business reviews and workshops, recommend workflow changes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure customers realize value from Samsara's IoT platform.

Own enterprise customer implementations of Samsaras IoT platform, driving deployment, onboarding, training, and adoption. Create launch plans, track implementation progress and product usage, run trainings and demos, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure customer success and value realization.
