Design, build, and operate scalable, secure data platform infrastructure for ingesting, processing, cataloging, and accessing petabytes of data. Improve Spark/Databricks reliability and developer experience, build ingestion/replication systems, develop internal libraries and tooling (Go/Python), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics, ML, and customer-facing data products.

Provide strategic employee relations guidance to business leaders and People teams on investigations, performance management, misconduct, leaves/accommodations, and policy interpretation. Drive case management, documentation, analytics to identify trends, advise on risk, support DEI, develop manager toolkits, and partner cross-functionally to improve ER processes and training.

Handle complex, multi-channel customer inquiries and escalations related to billing, renewals, cancellations, and Samsara products. Mentor teammates, analyze trends, lead cross-functional initiatives, and improve support processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Lead and scale a cross-functional AI and engineering organization that builds production-grade AI models, automated data pipelines, and LLM-driven workflows to power Samsara's GTM operations. Define a multi-year AI roadmap, set quality and review standards for model outputs, collaborate with execs across Engineering, Product, and RevOps, and hire and mentor managers and individual contributors to drive adoption and reliable automation across CRM, telemetry, and enterprise data systems.
