Design and deliver modern, scalable learning experiences for GTM sales teams using adult learning theory and microlearning. Translate technical product knowledge into enablement content, build onboarding and continuous learning programs, curate content libraries, measure effectiveness, and implement AI and automation (chatbots, assistants, integrations) to streamline workflows across CRM, LMS, and collaboration tools.

Lead and scale renewals operations by building long-range plans, KPIs, dashboards, and deal governance.
