The HPC Engineer will manage HPC software, support customers, optimize performance, advocate for customer needs, and innovate automation solutions.

The role involves generating new business through partnerships with Cloud Service Providers, executing co-sell strategies, and managing partner relationships while hitting pipeline targets.

Provide deep technical HPC services: install, publish, benchmark, optimize HPC software on the Rescale platform; support customers and partners; automate workflows; collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to drive customer success and process improvements.

Lead accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, month-/year-end close, financial reporting, ASC 606 revenue recognition, audits, SOX compliance, team leadership, and process improvements to scale finance systems.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements and POCs to help customers migrate and accelerate HPC workloads to the cloud. Analyze customer infrastructure and workflows, design tailored Rescale solutions, present demos and at conferences, and define multi-year digital transformation strategies while coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting enterprise customers in technical industries.

Lead the engineering team for Rescale's core cloud computing orchestration engine, focusing on AI-assisted development, operational excellence, and scalable distributed systems.

Manage month-end close for U.S. and international entities; reconcile balance sheets; support ASC 606 revenue accounting; oversee payroll accounting; drive AP/AR accuracy; own U.S. sales and indirect tax compliance; prepare audit schedules; and lead process, systems, and close-efficiency improvements.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads, book meetings for Account Executives, demonstrate Rescale's platform, hit quarterly quotas, and develop new accounts while being trained to become an AE.

The Software Engineer, Backend Engineer will develop, automate, and maintain core functionalities for Rescale customers, focusing on backend systems and cloud services.

The Application Engineer will develop agent-based automation for engineering workflows, integrate agents into systems, and work closely with customers to enhance product capabilities.
