Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of Recurly Commerce as a founder-style product leader. Build the B2B commerce product from 0 to 1, leveraging deep Shopify expertise. Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams; partner on go-to-market, pricing, positioning, customer discovery, launches, and KPIs. Drive product growth, retention, merchant health, and revenue while translating strategy into shippable increments.

Owns opex, COGS, headcount, cash flow, working capital, and balance sheet planning and forecasting. Partners with Product and Technology leaders on R&D budgets, vendor spend, and workforce planning. Delivers monthly close, variance analysis, board, executive, and private equity reporting. The role also automates finance workflows, maintains three-statement models, tracks savings initiatives, and provides data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
