Lead early-stage GTM experiments for a new product: design and run outbound tests across ICPs and messages, build outbound sequences, instrument attribution, synthesize market and deal signal into positioning, and enable overlay AEs with targeted enablement and reporting.

Build and improve the end-to-end experience for new customers by implementing features across Python services, a GraphQL gateway, Auth0-based auth, and Terraform-managed GCP infrastructure. Collaborate cross-functionally to redesign discovery, evaluation, onboarding, and time-to-value while ensuring reliability, testing, and stable deployments.

Lead technical design and hands-on development of Pantheon’s data platform, extending ingestion, curation, retention services and ML/LLM infrastructure. Mentor engineers, drive architecture and engineering standards, operate in a DevOps model, partner cross-functionally, and participate in on-call support to ensure reliable, compliant data access and analytics.
