Lead revenue operations for Marketing and BDR, partnering with leadership to plan pipeline coverage, analyze funnel leakage, recommend fixes, own reporting infrastructure and tech stack, and drive cross-functional initiatives to scale top-of-funnel performance.

Build and improve the end-to-end experience for new customers by implementing features across Python services, a GraphQL gateway, Auth0-based auth, and Terraform-managed GCP infrastructure. Collaborate cross-functionally to redesign discovery, evaluation, onboarding, and time-to-value while ensuring reliability, testing, and stable deployments.

Lead Revenue Operations for Support and Professional Services by building processes, systems, and reporting to improve delivery, capacity planning, SLAs, and customer outcomes. Drive cross-functional initiatives, root-cause analyses, tech-stack optimization, and handoffs across Sales, CS, and Services to connect post-sales operations to retention and revenue.
