Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic enterprise accounts using Okta identity solutions. Develop adoption roadmaps, deliver technical workshops, demos, and proofs of concept, validate APIs, troubleshoot complex integrations, and drive escalations. Partner with Customer Success and Sales to expand accounts, influence product direction, create technical enablement assets, and mentor peers. Support IAM, IGA, PAM, authentication protocols, REST APIs, SaaS integrations, and security monitoring across complex global environments.
