Engage actuarial, underwriting, and pricing leaders to understand models, workflows, and modernization goals; translate needs into solution proposals; guide enterprise evaluations through commercial agreement; build pricing-focused pipeline; support go-to-market strategy; represent Guidewire at industry events; and provide customer insight to product and engineering teams.

Leads the transformation of Sales Operations into an AI-first organization by defining strategy, identifying automation opportunities, redesigning workflows, and architecting AI solutions across CRM, data, and enterprise platforms. The role involves defining and refining Guidewire's AI narrative, crafting audience-specific messages, leading competitive positioning, and creating technical marketing assets to convey the value of AI-driven solutions in the P&C insurance sector.

Configure and customize Guidewire InsuranceNow, develop integrations and custom code, troubleshoot Java runtime and logs, implement APIs/microservices, demo functionality, perform peer code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver implementations.

Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise data transformation on the Guidewire Data Platform. Drive design, ingestion/egress, migration performance, and AI-enabled tooling.
