Serve as SME liaison between business and IT for Medicaid Fee‑For‑Service systems. Elicit and translate complex business and regulatory requirements into functional specifications, lead large system enhancements, drive projects to completion, perform quality checks, manage service requests and release management, and mentor junior analysts.
