Lead full-cycle recruiting and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals. Lead definition and execution of satellite communications architectures across RF, digital processing, beamforming, and modems. Provide end-to-end technical leadership from requirements through space-qualified hardware delivery, act as customer technical POC, drive cross-discipline execution, shape proposals, and lead trade studies to balance performance, cost, risk, and schedule.

Lead and coordinate high-speed digital and mixed-signal hardware teams to deliver scalable, manufacturable aerospace products. Establish design standards, SI simulation workflows, DFM/DFT practices; participate in architecture reviews, hands-on board designs, complex debug, and production handoffs while building and mentoring engineering staff.
