Lead end-to-end design of board-level power converters and power management systems for space and airborne platforms. Responsibilities include concept development, schematic and PCB design, simulation and analysis, test plan development, bring-up and qualification testing, production release, cross-discipline integration, and mentoring junior engineers.

Lead and execute enterprise IT initiatives including system migrations, integrations, and companywide upgrades. Administer Active Directory/Azure AD/Entra ID, manage endpoints via MDM (Intune), support servers, cloud (AWS), network and VPN access, and enforce security controls (MFA, endpoint compliance). Mentor helpdesk staff, develop documentation and SOPs, run application rollouts, and improve processes through root-cause analysis.

Lead planning and execution of test milestones across space product lines: develop schedules, manage vendors and budgets, coordinate test fixtures and instrumentation, track risks, validate test data, and drive cross-team issue resolution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of test capabilities.
