Drives process improvement across new product introduction, manufacturing, and supply chain workstreams. Leads government and commercial capture and proposal efforts for satellite communications opportunities. Develops capture strategies, customer relationships, competitive analyses, pricing and Basis of Estimate packages, compliant proposals, negotiation support, and proposal-to-program handoffs. Coordinates cross-functional teams across engineering, contracts, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and program management while ensuring technical, cost, schedule, and compliance requirements are met.

Leads end-to-end communication system architecture for satellite, UAV, launch vehicle, and airborne platforms. Translates customer mission needs into system requirements, architectures, technical baselines, trade studies, proposals, and executable engineering solutions. Integrates RF, antennas, digital processing, FPGA, software, firmware, networking, and system interfaces. Provides technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams, supports customer pursuits and contract definition, and transitions solutions into execution.

Provides technical leadership for customer integration and use of satellite and airborne communication products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, authoring application notes and manuals, conveying customer feedback to product teams, supporting product planning, training customers, and guiding business development. Requires expertise across RF, FPGA, embedded software, DSP, power electronics, mechanical integration, and wireless communication systems, with up to 20% travel.

Develop and maintain calibration programs for aerospace measurement and test equipment. Schedule calibrations, manage records and procedures, analyze calibration data, investigate out-of-tolerance conditions, support audits, manage calibration vendors, recommend equipment and software, and train technicians. Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540, quality management requirements, and applicable regulations.
