Owns product marketing for AI-native legal and contract automation services. Leads market expertise, positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, launches, sales enablement, pricing and packaging, revenue programs, competitive analysis, and buyer journey optimization. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Services, and Enablement to influence roadmap decisions, drive adoption and revenue, and support customer expansion across private equity and legal buyer segments.

Manage customer relationships and journey execution for Ontra’s Contract Automation solution. Serve as a client advocate, facilitate onboarding, support retention and expansion, coordinate with sales, product operations, and lawyer network teams, and maintain customer success systems. The role requires legal or financial-services customer experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex concepts. Travel to customer meetings and company offsites is required.

Provides on-site IT support for Ontra’s New York office, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, desktop, AV, and conference room issues. Prepares equipment and accounts for new hires, manages support tickets, coordinates vendors and deliveries, tracks inventory, and performs light facilities tasks. The role works independently on-site three days weekly while collaborating with a remote IT Operations team. Occasional travel for company offsites is required.

Drive strategic growth within existing enterprise accounts through cross-selling, upselling, bundled solutions, and expanded adoption of AI-enabled products. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles using MEDDICC, engage executive and legal stakeholders, partner with Customer Success and Business Development, and contribute market insights to growth strategy. The role requires strong enterprise selling, private markets knowledge, consultative solution positioning, pipeline management, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Complete KYC screening and onboarding, perform reverse KYC for private investment firm clients, respond to bank and counterparty due diligence requests, and maintain customer relationships. The role requires accurate document collection, questionnaire completion, stakeholder coordination, and responsive external communication while supporting loan closings, counterparty onboarding, and ongoing compliance refreshes.
