Manage semi-monthly US payroll for 3,000+ employees using Workday; process hires/terminations/status changes, garnishments, 401(k) feeds, equity transactions, and resolve payroll discrepancies. Support Canada and Latin America administratively, collaborate with Finance, SOX and 401(k) auditors, maintain payroll records, run audits, and respond to payroll/tax inquiries.

Build and scale Datadog's partner ecosystem across North America by recruiting CSPs, MSPs, SIs, and resellers; enable and activate partners via training and joint GTM; coordinate technical and marketing launches; drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue; run partner performance reviews; serve as regional sponsor for key cloud alliances and own regional channels metrics.

Targets and closes new business with Fortune 1000 and other strategic customers. The role involves prospecting, building relationship maps, understanding customer business needs, selling cloud and observability solutions based on value and ROI, negotiating enterprise terms, expanding existing accounts, developing pipeline, managing opportunities, and maintaining accurate forecasts. Regular travel to client sites and other regions is required.

Provide multi-channel technical support for Datadog Premier customers, reproduce and troubleshoot issues across integrations, educate clients on the platform, build documentation, run health-checks and demos, and participate in cadence calls and projects while working hybrid from the Denver office.
