Lead technology strategy, delivery, and operations for Sales and Partner domains. Own Salesforce-based platform roadmap, platform health, integrations, and team delivery. Manage cross-functional teams, governance, architecture alignment, incident/change processes, and KPIs to improve seller productivity and accelerate revenue.
