Manage a book of existing SMB Toast POS customers to drive revenue through upsells and product adoption. Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close, use consultative discovery and sales methodologies, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, meet quota, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for onboarding and customer success.

The Retail Account Executive will prospect and sign new accounts in convenience stores and grocery sectors, leveraging a consultative sales approach and Salesforce to manage the sales cycle and deliver customized solutions.

Serve as the first step in the sales pipeline by executing high-volume outbound/inbound outreach, qualifying prospects, scheduling meetings for Account Executives, and developing toward a full-cycle AE role.
