Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver user-focused solutions. Mentor engineers, promote best practices, and contribute to technical excellence.

Owns month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, GL schedules, account reconciliations, financial reporting, variance analysis, and audit support. The role also supports M&A integration, technical accounting, policy maintenance, process improvement, internal controls, and ad hoc reporting across a multi-entity structure.

Lead end-to-end AI product work across Mitratech's shared AI platform and customer experiences. Set strategy and roadmap, convert ambiguous problems into shipped, enterprise-grade features, partner with engineering and design, prioritize based on customer feedback, and represent products to senior stakeholders and customers.
