Leads the SLED East Solutions Engineering team, overseeing hiring, coaching, technical quality, capacity, customer pursuits, deployments, proofs of concept, site assessments, integrations, airspace strategy, and public-sector procurement. Leads Technical Customer Support and Field Support teams serving defense and federal government customers using Skydio UAS products. Oversees customer issue resolution, onsite enablement, mission readiness, operational KPIs, customer satisfaction, team development, training, quality management, and process improvement. Partners with Product, Engineering, Program Management, Solution Engineering, logistics, and repair teams to resolve complex hardware, software, cloud, and operational issues. May provide extended-hours, weekend, holiday, and infrequent on-call support.

Design and own end-to-end curriculum architecture for sUAS training: perform task analysis, write performance-based objectives, build course maps, design assessments and certifications, partner with SMEs and engineers, enable instructors, expand simulation/immersive learning, apply AI-assisted workflows, and track learning effectiveness.

Provide advanced technical support for Skydio UAS systems and private Cloud deployments: diagnose flight communication and data flow issues, troubleshoot networks (WiFi/cellular/ethernet), manage REST/API integrations, escalate and resolve integrations, and assist customers and internal teams to optimize operational reliability and privacy.

Lead a remote B2B technical support team for drones, hardware, software and cloud products. Own CSAT, first-contact resolution, KPIs, coaching, process improvements, and cross-team collaboration. Use CRM, telemetry, analytics and AI tools to drive rapid, fact-based resolutions and improve team productivity and customer outcomes. Provide hands-on case support and participate in on-call, extended-hours shifts.
